Brief API latency spike Resolved
Experienced elevated API response times (up to 800ms) for approximately 12 minutes due to a database connection pool exhaustion. Connection pool was resized and the issue self-resolved. No data loss or errors reported by users.

Backed up the production database and upgraded the restic backup tooling. Service remained available throughout. Backups now include stale-lock reaping and retry-lock 5m for better crash recovery.
